The United States Breaking Association (USBA) and World Breaking
Association (WBA) were formed by competitive breakers to promote the art
of breaking and to introduce, develop, and advance the sport and art
form of "Competitive Breaking."
In the works since 1999, the USBA/WBA is the culmination of the
experiences, opinions and ideas of world-renowned breakers and promoters
alike. The USBA/WBA is now, by far, the largest and most organized
Breaking Association in the World!
We have seen where the breaking community has been, and have a vision of
where it can go. Our goal, as outlined in our Mission Statement, is to
promote all aspects of breaking; from helping to inform the Martial Arts
community and those outside of it to the usefulness and benefits of
breaking, to bringing the sport of "Competitive Breaking" to the next
level. The USBA/WBA and its membership will open new doors for
competitors, promoters, and the Martial Arts community as a whole.
